Maximize Your MLS Membership

It doesn’t take a genius to see that real estate agents are one of the most nickel and dimed groups of business professionals. It’s fifteen dollars a month here and twenty dollars a month there, it really adds up fast! There are some many companies that are selling to real estate agents, from customer relationship managers (CRM) to the latest and greatest lead generation platform, it’s easy to see why this continues to happen.

But, truth be told, real estate agents share some of the blame for this trend. You see, many of these companies are selling tools and resources that are available through your MLS membership, ones you’ve already paid for! Things like CRM programs, transaction management software, data analysis, and marketing tools, of course you will need to check with your local and state MLS provider to see what’s available in your area.

Now, I understand that not every program offered by the MLS is going to be cutting edge, however it is still worth the time to check out what’s being offered, even if it’s just used for comparison purposes. Hopefully, by knowing what is available from your MLS provider, you may end up saving some of the nickels and dimes!

Here are some programs that may be available in your area:
