    I’m an agent and this has become a central part of how I manage my business. I needed a system to help me build a strong foundation for following up, not missing timelines, steps in the process etc.

    This saved me a lot of time because it’s all a template, you create it once right and then you do it every time right, you just follow the steps and reminders. It’s very well priced and they listen to suggestions. Works for me!

    I work as both an Agent and as a Transaction Coordinator, and I’ve been using Trackxi since it was first available. Even if you just use the Dashboard and Transactions, without getting into anything extra, it’s a huge time saver and a lot easier to manage than something like a Google or Excel Sheet. When it’s slow, I don’t even need to log in since the system emails me each morning with an overview, and when I’m busy being able to just look for the Red and Yellow tasks takes so much time and stress away. Once you start to get into the extras, like the email loading and templates, the buyer profiles, and customized transaction templates the system really shines.

    There are multiple pricing tiers that are generous, so you probably won’t need to purchase anything other than the initial tier. The customer support is timely and direct, they have helped me out a couple times with general questions and are easy to connect with.

    Overall, a huge time saver and it would be hard for me to go back and work without it.
