I have used Lentz design for years and have always been satisfied with their customer service and product. The last time I ordered postcards I chose the option of high gloss finish. I ran my cards through the office postage meter and was disappointed as the ink immediately smeared. I then tried to affix postage stamps and they refused to stick on the high gloss surface. I called Lentz Design and was told that I was mistaken and that that couldn’t happen. They suggested I upgrade to their service where they lable and post the cards for the customer. They offered no other solution. Needless to say with all the marketing choices out there, I will not be reordering from Lentz Design again.
