How to connect with the Silent Generation  (potential SELLERS!) in today’s market

With today’s record low inventory, finding listings is crucial.  One generation that may be looking to sell is “the silent generation”, which we talk about in today’s Nerd Nugget video.
As a real estate agent or mortgage professional, “professional marketer” is one of the many hats you wear.  Often you’re marketing to people of different age groups and backgrounds, trying to build trust and credibility so that you are their agent of choice.  The challenge is that each demographic has different emotional drivers, concerns about real estate, and marketing mediums and messages that they resonate with.
