Justin Harnish with Harnish Properties has been the top selling Realtor in Oregon for 10 of the last 11 years. No one knows more about the luxury market than Justin, as he sold 101 homes last year at an average sales price of $1.5M. This average sales price is over 3 times the median home value in the Portland Metro area. With the onset of the COVID-19 quarantine, Harnish has been forced to change some things in his business.
