It’s The Little Things That Count
January 9, 2018If you visit a lot of local area businesses, you may have seen what appears to be fashionable artwork displaying snippets of their online reviews adorning their walls in the form of posters, storefront window clings, or possibly just images like the ones seen below floating around their social media pages.
This artwork is provided by Google to local businesses through their “Small Thanks” program, which was launched mid last year, and has become a very simple (and free) way for those looking to promote the idea of their customers sharing experiences directly to a Google My Business listing, effectively boosting the overall visibility of the business to others.
Of course, this makes having a properly setup Google My Business page more important than ever. Google My Business listings are a big deal and increasingly the first contact customers may have with your business.
If you haven’t done so yet, make sure you’ve got yours setup so you can start getting reviews and testimonials. If you have, give the Small Thanks program a try!
