Creating a Customer Experience Strategy

In this webinar, I’m going to show you can first, identify who your ideal customer is. Then use several different marketing strategies to build brand awareness and be seen everywhere. What I call, Digital Location Domination. The goal is simple. Get your ideal customer to interact with your brand in some form… Watch a video, visit your website, or simply engage with a post on social media.

This is the start of your ideal customers’ journey!

Once there, you can create a map of their specific journey. Where you can identify what their needs or pain points are. What questions they have and what is holding them back? What makes them TICK and what makes them CLICK?! Then use that information to nurture your customer along their journey by putting the right content in front of them, at the right time, in the right place, in a way that answers their questions and solves their problem.

This, my friends, is Attraction Based Marketing at its best. And in the end, you will no longer have to chase leads around begging them to work with you. They will be coming to you, asking YOU to work with them.
